- For all subscriptions, Rank Ace support incidents are free.
- For all subscriptions, the rate is locked in and will not increase for the first 3 years.
- The 100% satisfaction guarantee or your money back is valid during the first 60 days.
- The return policy allows for the most recent payment to be returned. Multiple payment returns can be provided as long as they are within the first 60 days of a new subscription and if the customer provides evidence that their case merits a return.
- We track % of cancels per CPA / CPL / Affiliate source, and in cases of unscrupulous manipulation, we reserve the right to not honor the money back.
- For privacy reasons, data will be cleaned up for unpaid time.
- If a single user license is used by multiple IP addresses, the password may be reset for your protection.
- By signing up, you agree to never take legal action against Spreety, Inc. or any entity or individual associated with Rank Ace. If you do, the maximum penalty is a refund of the remaining balance of your subscription.
- Rank Ace features that integrate with other websites (i.e. Google, YouTube, Bing) respect the usage limits of those sites.
- Rank Ace plans to be up 99.9% of the time. Occasional maintenance and downtime is a normal part of our service. There are no reimbursements for downtime.
- Rank Ace respects the privacy of your data. We are a USA based company and will not share your data beyond Affiliate source without your permission.
