2. For all subscriptions, Rank Ace upgrades are included for free.
3. For all subscriptions, Rank Ace support incidents are free.
4. For all subscriptions, the rate is locked in and will not increase for the first 3 years.
5. The 100% satisfaction guarantee or your money back is valid during the first 60 days.
6. The return policy allows for the most recent payment to be returned. Multiple payment returns can be provided as long as they are within the first 60 days of a new subscription and if the customer provides evidence that their case merits a return.
7. We track % of cancels per CPA / CPL / Affiliate source, and in cases of unscrupulous manipulation, we reserve the right to not honor the money back.
8. For privacy reasons, data will be cleaned up for unpaid time.
9. If a single user license is used by multiple IP addresses, the password may be reset for your protection.
10. By signing up, you agree to never take legal action against Spreety, Inc. or any entity or individual associated with Rank Ace. If you do, the maximum penalty is a refund of the remaining balance of your subscription.
11. Rank Ace features that integrate with other websites (i.e. Google, YouTube, Bing) respect the usage limits of those sites.
12. Rank Ace plans to be up 99.9% of the time. Occasional maintenance and downtime is a normal part of our service. There are no reimbursements for downtime.
13. Rank Ace respects the privacy of your data. We are a USA based company and will not share your data beyond Affiliate source without your permission.
